Danielle Heaton

Danielle Heaton began her real estate career at Avery Property Professionals in November 2022, starting on reception before progressing into Property Management and now a Lisenced Real Estate Agent. Her time on reception provided a strong foundation across both Sales and Property Management, allowing her to develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry while building relationships with our valued clients.

Now working within Property Management, Danielle has continued to grow her skills under the guidance of experienced team members. Through this hands-on experience, she has developed a solid understanding of managing a diverse portfolio and confidently oversees a wide range of properties. She takes pride in delivering reliable, consistent service, while continuing to expand her knowledge.

As a local of Dora Creek, Danielle has an in-depth understanding of the southern Lake Macquarie area. Having grown up around a family business in Toronto, she maintains a strong connection to the community, giving her an authentic and well-rounded perspective of the region.

Danielle thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic nature of real estate, particularly in property management, where she enjoys supporting both landlords and tenants with care, professionalism, and a personal approach.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family. Coming from a sports-oriented family, she is a keen sports fan, especially Rugby League and has a lifelong love of swimming, whether locally at Toronto or at home. Much of her downtime is also spent with her German Shepherd, Cairo, by her side.
