I would like to thank you for over 33 years of truly outstanding service. From the time I bought my first property in Buttaba in 1985 to the building of the 6 properties in Toronto your help and advice has been so valuable. The management of all the properties during these years has been exemplary. I believe that in all that time, thanks your selection of tenants, we did not have one problem rental. The properties were always kept in excellent condition with maintenance performed to keep them looking good and easily lettable such that I never a significant period where they were untenanted.
